1cup smooth peanut butter | |
2/3cup maple syrup | |
3cups rolled oats | |
70g sultanas |
Directions

Line a 30cm x 7cm loaf tin with baking paper.

Place peanut butter and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until combined and smooth. Remove from heat.

Combine oats and sultanas in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture into the bowl and stir until combined.

Press oat mixture into prepared tin. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold and firm.

Remove tin from refrigerator. Slice into 10 bars. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
