Cazbah Media’s magazines are published at the following frequencies:
- Australian Gluten-Free Life Magazine is published 6 times per annum
- FODMAPPER Magazine is published 4 times per annum
Please allow between 8 – 12 weeks for delivery of your first magazine/s to any of the above magazine subscriptions.
Subscription commence with the next issue to go on-sale after the date of purchase. New issues can be expected every 8 to 12 weeks (approx.) although Cazbah Media reserve the right to vary the publishing and delivery dates.
Cazbah Media also offers a digital add-on subscription for subscribers to FODMAPPER magazine.
The digital add-on is a monthly auto-renewing charge and can only be purchased and accessed with an active print subscription to FODMAPPER magazine. It can be cancelled at any time via your account at www.agfl.com.au.
Cazbah Media offers auto-renewing payments for selected subscriptions via credit card.
You will be debited at the end of each subscription term unless you notify Cazbah Media to stop, there are insufficient funds or your credit card expires. You can stop your subscription from renewing at any time via your logging in to your account at www.agfl.com.au.
Cazbah Media has a freight free policy for all Australian print subscriptions. Therefore when you complete your transaction no freight cost will be shown in the total order value. All other magazine purchases incur a flat $5 postage fee.
Any errors made in providing the correct delivery address are the responsibility of the purchaser and Cazbah Media is not liable for any consequences if incorrect information is provided.
If you are a subscriber and you change your address or any other relevant details you must notify Cazbah Media. To change a delivery address, Cazbah Media may require up to 8 weeks notice. Cazbah Media is not liable for any consequences of your failure to do so, including but not limited to subscription issues being sent to an incorrect address. Cazbah Media is not obliged to re-send returned mail or undelivered mail due to the subscriber’s failure to provide the correct address details.
To notify Cazbah Media of your any changes to your details please e-mail email@example.com and include the name the subscription is under, your current details and the details you’d like updated.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Subscription purchases are considered final and are non-refundable. Cazbah Media is not required to provide a refund for change of mind.
We do not accept returns of individual products under any circumstances.
Risk in the box and individual products you order, such as loss or damage, passes to you once the order leaves our place of business.
Digital Subscriptions are non refundable. Login details, which include usernames and passwords, must not be shared. If misuse is detected your subscription may be terminated and you will not be eligible for a refund.
